  1. 01 Nothing starts until you approve We only start when you approve the scope and we have the access we need. The clock starts at that moment, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on you.
  2. 02 Miss the deadline, no payment If we don't deliver inside the agreed deadline, you don't pay and you don't receive any code.
  3. 03 What sits outside the clock App store submission and review, domain registration and any third-party approval are outside the deadline: they depend on someone else.
  4. 04 Your accounts stay yours Domains, hosting and app store subscriptions are paid on your own accounts, in your name. We set them up with you; the ownership never sits with us.
  5. 05 Subscriptions run on a queue The hour deadline is for one-off Super Fast projects. On subscription plans tasks run on a queue, with the deadline agreed per task.
  6. 06 Your brief stays between us Files and brief stay between us, and we sign an NDA on request.
