Who we are

I need it Yesterday is operated by Louis Phillipe Perner Tecnologia da Informação LTDA (trade name Datamonkeys), Rua João Havro, 1721 – Boa Vista, 82560-020 Curitiba – PR, Brazil. Full company details are in our Impressum. Controller for the purposes of the GDPR and the LGPD, and contact point for any privacy question: hello@datamonkeys.ai.

What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

  • Contact form: your name, email, message, IP address and timestamp. Used only to answer you and to quote your project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Project brief (/start/): the answers you give, any files you upload, and your contact details. Used to scope, quote and deliver the project. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Newsletter: your email address, stored until you unsubscribe. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
  • Spam protection: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and basic browser signals to tell humans from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms usable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. acts as processor; transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Server logs: our host records IP address, request and user agent for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them on a rolling basis. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

We measure traffic with WP Statistics, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores no advertising identifiers, and does not follow you to other websites. IP addresses are anonymised and hashed before they are stored, user agents are not stored, and the data is never shared with third parties or used for profiling. Because no information is stored on or read from your device and no personal data is retained, this measurement runs without a consent banner, on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to us or by enabling Do Not Track in your browser, which we honour.

Cookies

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we use are strictly necessary ones: a session cookie when you submit a form, a language preference (dm_lang) when you pick a language, and cookies set by WordPress if you log in to the site as an administrator.

Who else sees your data

Our hosting provider, our email provider and Cloudflare (Turnstile), each as a processor and only to the extent needed to run the service. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any model.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and briefs that do not become projects: up to 24 months. Project records and invoices: as long as Brazilian tax and commercial law requires. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the LGPD you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to hello@datamonkeys.ai and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Germany and Austria, the authority for your state or federal territory; in Brazil, the ANPD.

International transfers

We are established in Brazil, so data you send us is processed outside the European Economic Area. Where we act for a client or contact in the EEA, those transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or, for a transfer that is necessary to perform the contract you asked us for, by Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR. A copy of the clauses is available on request.
